Want to cheer on your favorite at the start or finish? You bet! But that’ s not the only thing. Fans of the first hour can enjoy the cycling atmosphere all day long, because apart from the race there is a lot to do at the Brussels Cycling Classic. Find out below which fun and free extras we have in store for you and your family.
The cycling day in and around Brussels gets underway with the Brussels Cycling Challenge. At 11am, cyclists can challenge the final, just like the pros. If you want to cheer on them, make sure you find a spot along the route or at the start -finish line at the Victor Boin Stadium.
Would you rather leave the cycling to the riders, but do you want to soak up the atmosphere? From 13 pm onwards, with a DJ playing in the background and various food trucks on the site, you can support your favourite rider. Are you taking your little cycling fan to Brussels? Great, because there is also a lot to do for children. There will be children’s entertainment from 2 p.m. and your little cycling fan (born between 2017 and 2020) can test his or her legs on a (running) bike during the Early Rider Classic. Pump up the tyres of those balance bikes and register your little cycling hero here!
The pelotons of the Brussels Cycling Challenge will have finished for the day at 16 pm and will pass under the finish bow in the direction of the Victor Boin Stadium. Well in time for the finish of the pros, because around 17 pm
